User Responsibilities

Service Limitations

Zelmaronkhit operates within Sydney's CBD and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

Liability and Insurance

Zelmaronkhit maintains insurance coverage for packages in our care. Our liability is limited to the value of the package or our standard insurance limit, whichever is lower. We recommend additional insurance for high-value items.

Damage Claims

Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate all claims and provide compensation according to our insurance coverage and these terms.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery or as otherwise agreed. Zelmaronkhit accepts various payment methods. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

Refunds

Refunds are available in accordance with our Return Policy. Service fees may be non-refundable if the service has been initiated or completed.

Modifications to Terms
